Physician Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Scheduler with QGenda experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and administration of schedules for radiologists and physician extenders
• Generate and manage changes to the QGenda schedule and communicate updates to radiologists and clients
• Arrange emergency coverage and generate reports related to staffing and scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with QGenda is required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with physician scheduling is required
• Experience managing radiologists' schedules is strongly preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are necessary
