Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational support services for Physician Advisors and clients
• Manage scheduling and communication with Medical Insurance Companies and internal staff
• Assist in onboarding new Physician Advisors and maintain documentation and systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of healthcare administration and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Canva for graphic art
• Experience in monitoring workflow is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
