Physician Scheduler

Job Summary

To ensure optimal coverage across various sites and departments, the full-time remote Physician Scheduler will develop and manage Radiologist and staff schedules, maintain scheduling systems, and communicate updates to relevant parties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for Radiologists and staff to guarantee proper coverage
• Maintain scheduling systems, including templates, vacation calendars, and on-call rotations
• Communicate schedule updates and staffing changes to physicians, staff, and hospitals promptly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and work settings
• Highly organized and customer service-focused with strong multitasking skills
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software applications
