Physician Scheduler

Job Summary

To ensure optimal coverage across various sites, the full-time remote Physician Scheduler will develop and manage schedules for radiologists and staff, maintain scheduling systems, and communicate updates to all relevant parties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Radiologist and staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all locations
• Maintain scheduling systems, templates, and on-call rotations while ensuring adherence to policies
• Communicate schedule updates and staffing changes to physicians, staff, and hospitals in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities in various settings
• Highly organized and motivated with strong multitasking abilities
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software applications
