Physician Scheduler

Job Summary

To ensure optimal coverage across all sites and departments, the full-time remote Physician Scheduler will develop and manage radiologist and staff schedules, maintain scheduling systems, and communicate updates to relevant parties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for radiologists and staff to ensure proper coverage
• Maintain scheduling systems, templates, and adherence to scheduling policies
• Communicate staffing changes and schedule updates to physicians and staff in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse personnel
• Highly organized and customer service-focused
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
