Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Physician Scheduling (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to generate and post Physician and APP schedules across all sites of care
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve clinical quality and reduce costs through enhanced scheduling
• Maintain real-time schedule updates and ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in physician scheduling or workforce management
• Prior management experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
