Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Services Contract Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with new physicians and practice leadership to explain physician compensation plans and production expectations
• Provide training on accessing and understanding compensation dashboards in ProCare software
• Manage user access in ProCare and oversee administrative responsibilities related to compliance with compensation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare Administration, Billing, or Data management
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple software systems daily
• Displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
