Job Summary
The full-time remote Physician Services Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide exceptional service to network physicians and office staff, ensuring smooth transitions and support for Altais's electronic network tools.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for physicians, promoting positive relationships and resolving challenges efficiently
- Coordinate onboarding for new physicians and assist with administrative tasks related to physician requests
- Educate physician practices on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective communication
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in managed healthcare administration or physician office administration
- 2-3 years of experience with patient and physician portals, EMH, or EMR systems preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and physician support services
- Experience in coordinating administrative tasks and managing relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
