Job Summary

The full-time remote Physician Services Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide exceptional service to network physicians and office staff, ensuring smooth transitions and support for Altais's electronic network tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for physicians, promoting positive relationships and resolving challenges efficiently
  • Coordinate onboarding for new physicians and assist with administrative tasks related to physician requests
  • Educate physician practices on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective communication
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in managed healthcare administration or physician office administration
  • 2-3 years of experience with patient and physician portals, EMH, or EMR systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and physician support services
  • Experience in coordinating administrative tasks and managing relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
