Physician Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recruiting initiative, the full-time Physician Sourcing Specialist will locate and identify qualified physicians, conduct outreach to candidates, and provide client presentations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and identify qualified physicians using extensive databases and sourcing tools
• Call 60+ qualified physician candidates daily and screen interested physicians
• Provide written presentations of qualified candidates to client institutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; professional experience in sourcing/recruitment may substitute
• Experience in call center, inside sales, or recruiting required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Personable and outgoing with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently in an office setting after training
