Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Physician Talent Sourcer will manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, maintain documentation in the Applicant Tracking System, and partner with Talent Acquisition to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage candidate flow including resume reviews, interview scheduling, and onboarding assistance
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a related industry
