Pilot Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pilot Implementation Manager to lead pilot initiatives and ensure a seamless experience for district partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pilot implementation strategies, ensuring consistency and effective communication with stakeholders
• Facilitate internal collaboration among teams to support successful pilot execution and continuous improvement
• Collect and analyze pilot data to assess effectiveness and prepare reports for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in K-12 education or edtech, including project management roles
• Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives in K-12 settings
• Deep understanding of K-12 infrastructure, including LMS and digital curriculum integration
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like SalesForce and Google Workspace
