Pilot Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pilot Implementation Specialist to guide internal teams and stakeholders through the pilot process in K-12 education.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and cohesive pilot implementations by maintaining a unified process and communication with stakeholders
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of pilots
• Collect and analyze pilot data to assess effectiveness and prepare summary reports for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in K-12 education or edtech, including roles in administration or project management
• Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives in K-12 settings
• Deep understanding of K-12 infrastructure, including LMS and digital curriculum integration
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
