Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of healthcare pilot programs, the full-time Pilot Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, develop performance reports, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance Veterans' health outcomes in a federal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of VA healthcare pilot and innovation efforts, including scope definition and risk management
- Develop and deliver high-quality performance reports and program dashboards for Senior Executive Service review
- Support the preparation of Congressional reporting packages and facilitate cross-functional working groups to drive accountability
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in healthcare pilot programs or innovation initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
- Prior experience in federal agency environments, particularly with VA program offices, is preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential and pass a VA background investigation
- Experience developing performance reports and briefing materials for senior government leaders or Congressional stakeholders
