Job Summary

A company is looking for a PIMS Support Specialist (Post-Implementation Support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide post-implementation support for ezyVet PIMS platform users
  • Resolve daily support tickets related to workflow and usage issues
  • Contribute to documentation and training resources for users
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a veterinary hospital environment
  • Hands-on experience with veterinary PIMS platforms, preferably ezyVet or ProVet Cloud
  • Experience working in ticketing systems, with FreshService preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
