Job Summary
A company is looking for a PIMS Support Specialist (Post-Implementation Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-implementation support for ezyVet PIMS platform users
- Resolve daily support tickets related to workflow and usage issues
- Contribute to documentation and training resources for users
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a veterinary hospital environment
- Hands-on experience with veterinary PIMS platforms, preferably ezyVet or ProVet Cloud
- Experience working in ticketing systems, with FreshService preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
