Key responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential for complex cases
• Handles investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages of auto claims with discretion and independence
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims

Required qualifications

• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
• Experience in claims investigation and negotiation
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to injury claims
• Ability to identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Experience mentoring or training junior employees
