Job Summary

Detail-oriented professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a PIP Claims Adjuster Associate, responsible for investigating automobile accidents, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating claims within their authority.

Key responsibilities

• Applies understanding of insurance policies and handles investigations regarding auto claims
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic injury claims as needed
• Identifies customer needs and determines potential subrogation or fraud issues

Required qualifications

• Familiarity with NY Regulation 68 is preferred
• Early career professionals with relevant experience in claims administration
• Basic understanding of insurance policies and claims processes
• Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Strong customer service skills to meet client needs
