Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs
- Handles claim files and performs clerical duties, including data entry and document management
- Assists adjusters with more complex claim handling and trains new employees
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in claims processing or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and document management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus
