Job Summary

A company is looking for a PIP Manager to oversee a team of claims professionals handling Personal Injury Protection claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of adjusters across various accounts and lines of business
  • Implement best practices for claims handling and monitor claims data for process improvement
  • Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Active insurance adjuster's license or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • 10+ years of insurance claims management experience, preferably in auto with bodily injury
  • 5+ years of management experience, with a preference for remote management
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Personal Injury Protection claims
