Job Summary

Managing the loan processing and pipeline management team, the full-time Pipeline Manager will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality loan delivery in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage condition clearing and documentation workflows
Monitor pipeline progression and operational SLAs
Coordinate activities across underwriting, title, valuation, and closing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent degree
10+ years of experience in Non-QM residential mortgage processing
Proven experience leading mortgage processing or pipeline management teams
Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (e.g., Encompass, Byte, LendingPad)
Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and applicable mortgage regulations
