Pipeline Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Divisional Pipeline/Processing Manager to oversee the daily flow and performance of loan files through the processing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Processing team and the Closing department, ensuring timely updates and seamless handoffs
• Manage loan assignments across processors and coordinate resources during team members' absences
• Oversee file scenarios and escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and monitoring of commitment and closing date targets

Required Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience required
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage processing for all product types, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Strong client service focus
• Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products
• Ability to behave as a leadership role model
