Piping Stress Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Piping Stress Engineer to support piping analysis efforts for nuclear generation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform piping analysis for new and existing nuclear generation projects
• Interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support piping systems and pipe supports
• Prepare analytical reports and reconcile pipe stress reports to reflect as-built conditions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Aerospace Engineering, or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Five or more years of experience in piping analysis and code compliance
• Knowledge of design and application of pipe supporting elements
• Working knowledge of commercially available piping products
