PKI Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PKI Engineering Lead to design, build, and manage enterprise-scale digital certificate and encryption services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise PKI and digital certificate services
• Oversee full certificate lifecycle management supporting TLS/SSL, code signing, user and device authentication, and email encryption
• Act as the technical authority and product owner for PKI platforms, vendor tools, and underlying infrastructure

Required Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic services
• Hands-on experience with certificate management platforms (e.g., Venafi, KeyFactor, CyberArk)
• Strong experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) such as SafeNet or nCipher
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field
• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years of hands-on PKI engineering experience
