PL/SQL Developer

Job Summary

To support ongoing projects, the contract-to-hire PL/SQL Developer will develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth production implementations while working remotely from Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL solutions, including functions, procedures, triggers, and packages
• Participate in production implementations and collaborate with support teams to ensure successful transitions of system changes
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform data analysis to resolve data quality and system performance issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline, or four additional years of experience
• Minimum of six years of experience as an Oracle Database Developer
• Strong expertise in Oracle performance tuning and ability to create, modify, and tune SQL queries and PL/SQL code
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
