PL/SQL Developer

Job Summary

To support ongoing development efforts, the contract-to-hire PL/SQL Developer will create and maintain Oracle PL/SQL solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth production implementations while working remotely from Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL solutions, including functions, procedures, triggers, and packages
• Participate in production implementations and collaborate with production support to transition system changes effectively
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform data analysis to identify and resolve data quality and performance issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or four additional years of experience
• A minimum of six years of experience as an Oracle Database Developer
• Strong expertise in Oracle performance tuning and ability to create, modify, and tune SQL queries and PL/SQL code
• Proficiency in SQL Developer, SQL Loader, and related Oracle tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
