PL/SQL Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract-to-hire PL/SQL Developer will develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and create automation scripts while working remotely from Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL solutions, including functions, procedures, triggers, and packages
• Participate in production implementations and ensure correct transition of system changes into production environments
• Troubleshoot database and application performance issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline, or four additional years of experience
• Minimum of six years of experience as an Oracle Database Developer
• Strong expertise in Oracle performance tuning, including SQL and PL/SQL optimization
• Proficiency in SQL Developer, SQL Loader, and related Oracle tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST.
