Placement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Placement Specialist to facilitate student placements in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with clinical sites for student rotations and present these to the Program Director for approval
• Develop leads for partnerships by identifying suitable clinical sites and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage relationships with existing clinical partners to ensure successful experiences for students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred; relevant experience in healthcare/placement considered
• 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or sales
• Solid knowledge or experience in the healthcare field
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Experience in relationship building and negotiation
