Job Summary

A company is looking for a Placement Specialist to assist students in securing clinical placements and building relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hospitals and clinics for student clinical rotations
• Develop leads and negotiate placement agreements with healthcare agencies
• Manage relationships with clinical partners to ensure successful student experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred; relevant experience considered
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
• Knowledge of the healthcare field and experience working with providers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong presentation skills and ability to develop relationships
