Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Summary

Managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through medical treatment, the full-time remote Plaintiff Personal Injury Intake Case Manager will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate medical treatment and insurance communications, and ensure cases progress efficiently toward demand readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing an active pre-litigation caseload independently
• Coordinate medical treatment, monitor client progress, and handle communications with insurance adjusters
• Ensure timely case progression by managing milestones and preparing files for the next department

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience
• Experience independently managing cases from intake through treatment and moving them toward demand readiness
• Proficient in coordinating medical treatment and communicating with insurance adjusters
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong computer skills with experience in legal case management software
