Plaintiff Personal Injury Closing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the full-time Plaintiff Personal Injury Closing Specialist will independently manage the final stages of personal injury cases by negotiating medical balances, preparing settlement documentation, and maximizing client recoveries.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the reductions process from assignment through settlement completion, including negotiating hospital and medical provider balances
• Prepare and review settlement statements and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness before disbursement
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and exceptional customer service throughout the closing process

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm as a Reductions Specialist, Closing Specialist, or similar role
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience negotiating hospital liens, bills, and medical provider balances
• Proven ability to manage the complete reductions lifecycle from assignment through settlement
• Experience in a KPI-driven, high-volume environment with strong organizational skills
