Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Administration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the PLAD team with implementation efforts and plan-building activities in the claims system
  • Assist with testing plan builds, system changes, and program modifications, including documentation of results
  • Maintain accountability for timely resolution of configuration errors and collaborate with internal teams


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment, preferably with claims processing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
  • Dependable and punctual
