Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation efforts and plan-building activities within the claims adjudication system
  • Assist with testing plan builds, system changes, and document testing results
  • Monitor claims for processing errors and respond to claim inquiry questions
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment
  • Experience with claims processing systems or pharmacy network system management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
