Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation efforts and plan-building activities within the claims adjudication system
- Assist with testing plan builds, system changes, and document testing results
- Monitor claims for processing errors and respond to claim inquiry questions
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment
- Experience with claims processing systems or pharmacy network system management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
