Job Summary
A company is looking for a Non-Qualified Plan Administrator to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage annual online enrollment processes for multiple plans, including participant communication and vendor coordination
- Oversee plan distribution payments and ensure accurate processing for various events
- Compile and analyze compensation data from payroll systems for compliance and reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support and compensation administration
- Familiarity with analyzing payroll data and performing year-end compensation reviews
- Experience with compliance testing and non-discrimination analysis
