Job Summary

Plan Administrator is a full-time position responsible for implementing and maintaining client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, facilitating daily transactions, and serving as a liaison for participant inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, track, monitor, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts and fund investments
  • Develop and maintain understanding of day-to-day workflow processes for assigned client plans
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for participant inquiries and ensure accuracy of plan recordkeeping
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related position within the retirement services sector
  • Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
