Plan Advisor Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Advisor Representative, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
• Research and resolve complex issues across multiple databases, ensuring timely follow-up with members
• Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling and preventive screenings

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
• Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST
• Capability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
