Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Plan Advisor Representative will resolve inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding health benefits and financial spending accounts
- Research and address complex issues, collaborating with support resources as needed
- Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling when necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST)
- Capability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
- Must be 18 years of age or older
