Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Plan Advisor Representative will resolve inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding health benefits and financial spending accounts
  • Research and address complex issues, collaborating with support resources as needed
  • Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling when necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST)
  • Capability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
