Plan Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Analyst to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements system setup in accordance with plan document descriptions
• Ensures plan language conforms to the group's intent and interprets plan document language for various departments
• Receives and resolves internal inquiries regarding plan document language and provides quality assurance through collaboration and feedback

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of Claims Examiner and/or plan building experience required
• Familiarity with VBA, Javelina, and/or GBAS system preferred
• Experience in customer service and training new employees is advantageous
