Plan Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Plan Analyst will construct and implement new plan documents in the claims system while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the plan documents under their scope of responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and implements system setup in accordance with plan document descriptions and adjusts systems per plan amendments
• Ensures plan language conforms to group intent and interprets plan document language for various departments
• Receives and resolves internal inquiries regarding plan document language and provides training and mentorship to new employees

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of Claims Examiner and/or plan building experience required
• Familiarity with VBA, Javelina, and/or GBAS system preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and demonstrated ability to manage priorities effectively
