Plan Automation Senior Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Automation Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of medical, dental, and vision benefit plans within claims processing systems
• Design, build, and maintain benefit plan details and logic to ensure accurate claims adjudication
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new group implementations and resolve configuration issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years' experience with medical claims processing and benefits preferred
• Ability to read and interpret plan documents accurately
• Training in medical terminology and health benefits is preferred
• Experience with claims processing systems and reporting tools is preferred
