Plan Automation Senior Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Automation Senior Representative responsible for building and maintaining benefit plans within claims processing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and optimization of medical, dental, and vision benefit plans
• Design and maintain benefit structures aligned to approved plan documents
• Collaborate with teams to support new group implementations and resolve configuration issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years' experience with medical claims processing and benefits preferred
• Training in medical terminology and health benefits preferred
• Experience with claims processing systems and reporting tools preferred
• Experience with VBA software is preferred
