Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Builder to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and code medical plan documents to ensure accurate benefit levels
• Provide feedback on benefits requiring manual intervention and suggest automation improvements
• Test changes for renewals and new plans, maintaining documentation for claims processing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and coding medical, dental, and vision plans
• 2-3 years of experience with the VBA system
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9 coding terminology
• General knowledge of federal laws affecting self-funding
• Proficiency in Excel and Word programs
