Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Compliance Administration Analyst to provide administrative services for qualified retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer retirement plans, including compliance testing and contribution calculations
  • Prepare and file Forms 5500 and 5330, and support plan audits
  • Communicate with plan sponsors regarding compliance-related matters and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
  • 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
  • Strong mathematical and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
  • Experience in maintaining data security and compliance with guidelines
