Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Compliance Administration Analyst to provide administrative services for qualified retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer retirement plans, including compliance testing and contribution calculations
- Prepare and file Forms 5500 and 5330, and support plan audits
- Communicate with plan sponsors regarding compliance-related matters and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
- 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
- Strong mathematical and Excel skills
- Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
- Experience in maintaining data security and compliance with guidelines
