Plan Consultant II - Retirement Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Consultant II-RKO Team (Remote) in Madison, WI or remote within the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for small to large retirement plans, providing recordkeeping expertise and high levels of service
• Act as a liaison between Plan Sponsors, Financial Professionals, and Third Party Administrators
• Provide input into the development of promotional, marketing, and sales materials related to retirement operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Insurance, or equivalent professional work experience
• 5 years of progressive retirement plan experience in areas such as recordkeeping, administration, and federal regulations
• Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plan administration concepts, policies, and procedures
• Effective leadership skills
• ASPPA Designations preferred
