Plan Consultant - WA Licensed
Job Summary
To support employer-sponsored retirement plans, the full-time Plan Consultant - WA Licensed will administer compliance testing, contribution calculations, and government filings while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned book of defined benefit and defined contribution plans
- Prepare and review valuations, compliance testing, and necessary government filings per IRS and DOL guidelines
- Analyze plan documents and recommend changes to meet client needs while assisting with plan termination processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in defined benefit and defined contribution administration
- In-depth knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Familiarity with PBGC requirements
