Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Design Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and review of health plan designs and prepare summaries for proposals and renewals
• Run plan design scenarios and savings comparisons while evaluating cost impacts and member disruption
• Contribute to process documentation, templates, and checklists to aid in scaling plan design functions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, benefits administration, insurance, analytics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
• Familiarity with self-funded plan structures and alternative cost containment strategies
• Understanding of regulatory considerations impacting plan design
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
