Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Document Specialist to translate complex health plan designs into clear, compliant documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and benefit summaries
- Produce regulatory materials such as Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) and Summary of Material Modifications (SMM)
- Ensure regulatory alignment and validate plan accuracy by reviewing internal documentation and responding to inquiries from various teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with self-funded health plan development and implementation (preferred)
- Knowledge of Federal Health Care Laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
