Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Document Specialist to translate complex health plan designs into clear, compliant documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and maintain plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and benefit summaries
  • Produce regulatory materials such as Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) and Summary of Material Modifications (SMM)
  • Ensure regulatory alignment and validate plan accuracy by reviewing internal documentation and responding to inquiries from various teams
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience with self-funded health plan development and implementation (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Federal Health Care Laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
