Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Manager-TPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans
• Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors and internal units
• Participate in relationship management and collaborate with various teams to ensure plan alignment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Customer service experience/skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire
