Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Manager for Corporate Bundled plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans
• Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors and internal units
• Contribute to product development, process improvement, and plan retention efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of financial services industry experience
• Customer Services experience/skills
• Obtain ARPS certification by passing the Accredited Retirement Plan Specialist exam
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
