Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Manager - Paraplanner.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with advisors to ensure client satisfaction and drive utilization of planning services
Collaborate with teammates during the plan development process and present completed financial plans professionally
Identify advisor needs, refer opportunities to business partners, and maintain knowledge of Comprehensive Advice offerings

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
Must have CFP or equivalent experience
5+ years of financial services experience with 3+ years in developing comprehensive financial plans
Strong understanding of personal financial planning concepts
Proficiency in financial planning software like eMoney, MoneyGuide, or RightCapital
