Plan Manager - Paraplanner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Manager - Paraplanner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with advisors to ensure client satisfaction and drive utilization of planning services
• Collaborate with teammates during the plan development process and present completed financial plans professionally
• Identify advisor needs, refer opportunities to business partners, and maintain knowledge of Comprehensive Advice offerings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Must have CFP or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of financial services experience with 3+ years in developing comprehensive financial plans
• Strong understanding of personal financial planning concepts
• Proficiency in financial planning software like eMoney, MoneyGuide, or RightCapital
