Plan Manager - Tax Exempt

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of Full Service Tax Exempt plans, the full-time salaried Plan Manager - Tax Exempt will enhance client relationships, resolve service issues, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with sponsors and internal teams
• Participate in relationship management and contribute to product development and process improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Customer service experience and skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
