Plan Sponsor Service Consultant

Job Summary

To support Medicare processes, the full-time temporary Plan Sponsor Service Consultant will conduct research, make outbound calls, and validate provider alignment for new and existing members in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and process provider updates for Medicare members
• Validate provider alignment to Medicare members and obtain Verification of Chronic Condition
• Provide member-centric customer service while maintaining quality metrics in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience working with members and/or providers
• Basic healthcare background with knowledge of provider networks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Outbound call experience of at least 2 years
